We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for tasting room winery educator.
Responsibilities include performing daily tasting room operations, presenting and pouring wines, corresponding with customers, completing transactions, and coordinating reservations.
Educating guests on wines, guiding them through the tasting experience, and ensuring the tasting room and grounds are clean and organized.
Leading guests through wine tasting experiences, educating them about the winery story, wines, growing regions, and brand.
Build strong product knowledge of our wines and communicate our winemaking philosophy, history, and legacy.
Offer thoughtful wine and merchandise recommendations, helping guests find the perfect bottle or gift.
Retail Operations & Presentation
Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism.
Pull, carry, and pack wine orders for guests.
Execute seasonal promotions, special releases, and merchandising updates with an eye for detail and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling tasting room and retail space.
Must be comfortable with wine sales and have the ability to promote wine club memberships and wine sales.
